Aquino cousin files COC for senator

MANILA, Philippines — A cousin of President Benigno Aquino III arrived at the Commission on Elections to file his certificate of candidacy for senator Friday.

Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV was with former Akbayan partylist representative Risa Hontiveros, who also filed her COC.

Both are under the Liberal Party-led coalition.
