MANILA, Philippines — Former Akbayan partylist representative Risa Hontiveros-Baraquel has filed her certificate of candidacy for senator at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Friday.
Hontiveros came to the Comelec with fellow candidates Bam Aquino and former senator Ramon Magsaysay Jr.
