CCPO REVAMP
The Cebu City Police Office is implementing a major revamp affecting at least 7 police stations and three special units.
Senior Supt. Melvin Ramon Buenafe, Cebu City police chief, said the revamp was for career enhancement of the police officers and to improve the operational system of the organization.
The Special units include the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group now headed by Insp. Reynaldo Valmoria replacing Chief Insp. Renero Agustin, who’s now the Punta Princesa police chief.
Agustin replaced Chief Insp. Aileen Recla, who replaced Chief Insp. Relado as acting chief of the Parian police station.
Relado was moved to the admin holding group so that he could undergo more training. /Correspondent Chito O. Aragon
