The height of the vertical pylons of the Quezon Shrine located at the Quezon Memorial Circle was based on the age of the late President Manuel L. Quezon when he died. The pylons, which symbolize Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, are 66 meters in height. Quezon was born in 1878 and died in 1944. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
