Rains, thunderstorms seen in Southern Luzon, VisMin due to LPA

MANILA, Philippines—Moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms were seen in Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao due to a low pressure area, the state weather bureau said.

The low pressure area was last seen 370 kilometers east of Legazpi City, and will bring rains in  Bicol Region, Bukidnon, Antique, Iloilo and the provinces of Samar, Leyte, Agusan, Misamis, Surigao and Lanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
