Teenager arrested for rape charges
POLICE arrested an 18-year-old man accused of sexually abusing his 12-year-old cousin in barangay Poblacion, Sibonga town, southern Cebu.
The abuse allegedly took place last year.
The man denied the accusation against him.

The man was arrested while tending the sari-sari store of a relative in sitio Gahad past 4 p.m. last Thursday.

The arrest was based on a warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Esther M. Veloso of Branch 6.
The man did not resist arrest.
