Flood drowns 1 child, 2 adults in Valenzuela City
MANILA, Philippines—Three people died in Valenzuela after drowning in the flood caused by the heavy rains last Tuesday, Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.
Valenzuela Mayor Sherwin Gatchalian said the identity of the three—one child and two adults have yet to be identified.
But so far, Gatchalian said flood water went down, now gutter deep.
He said the electricity is also back and about 30 to 40 percent of the evacuees returned to their homes.
