Expect little rain over Metro Manila Wednesday afternoon, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines—There is currently no rainfall warning signal over Metro Manila, meaning there was only little rain expected over the next few hours, the state weather bureau said Wednesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) told media in a briefing Wednesday noon that the yellow warning signal has been terminated as of 11:20 am.

Pagasa had earlier estimated that rains would continue up until around Thursday noon.

Metro Manila has experienced widespread flooding from intense rains brought by the southwest monsoon since Monday.
