PAL flights ‘green and go’ Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines—Thus far, all Philippine Airlines flights Wednesday “are green and go,” PAL announced Tuesday.

At the same time, passengers who cannot take their flights on Wednesday due to floods may rebook their tickets, with rebooking charges waived, PAL said.
