Classes on Wednesday suspended in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — Local government leaders on Tuesday declared suspension of classes for Wednesday as torrential rains continued to barrage the National Capital Region, the Malacañang said. The announcement was made on the Office of the Presidents publication website, The Official Gazette.

As of 1 a.m., Wednesday, classes in all levels were suspended in:

 

NCR:

Navotas

Marikina

Caloocan

Parañaque

Las Piñas

Mandaluyong

Muntinlupa

Taguig

Valenzuela

San Juan

Manila

Makati

Quezon City

Pasay

Pasig

Region 3:

Pampanga

Bulacan

Bataan

Olongapo

Pangasinan

Cabanatuan

(pre school to high school levels)

 

Tarlac

Nueva Ecija

Region 4A:

Laguna (province wide)

Cavite (province wide)

Rodriguez, Rizal

Cainta, Rizal

Binangonan, Rizal

Batangas
