The western sections of Northern Luzon and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening, Pagasa said.
