DSWD asks Pantawid beneficiaries to update transfer of residence

THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) called on all Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries in Central Visayas to update them if they transfer residency to avoid removal from the list of beneficiaries.

DSWD-7 information officer Aileen Lariba said the social welfare office intensified its effort to ensure that all intended beneficiaries of the pantawid program are covered with the right payment of monthly grant.

Some beneficiary-families transferred to another place without informing the program implementer, resulting to non-payment of grants, said Lariba.

Lariba said updates from the provinces of Bohol, Cebu, Negros Oriental and Siquijor may be texted to (0915) 7984215.
