Cop wanted for pal’s slay in Pasay

The Pasay City police are hunting down a junior police officer who allegedly shot his friend dead and wounded another in a drinking session that turned violent at around 1:30 a.m. on Friday.

PO1 Rupert Baluyot reportedly fled in his FX van after killing Virgilio Hilario, 35, and wounding Pedro Deleva, 45, at Deleva’s residence on Cuyegkeng Street, Barangay 2, Zone 4, Pasay.

Investigators noted that around 10 bullet casings were recovered at the scene, indicating that Baluyot went on a shooting rampage.  Jaymee T. Gamil
