70 participants attend opener of FIT FIL camp

A TOTAL of 70 participants who want to get physically fit joined yesterday’s kick off of coach Jim Saret’s FIT FIL mini camp at the Parkmall, Mandaue.

Some 30 participants were added to the original 40 enlistees in the outdoor interactive fitness training camp initiated by Biggest Loser coach Saret and Biggest Loser Philippines contestant Alan Chuachoy.

One of the participant is PBA star Bonel Balingit. He skipped last Tuesday’s session but promised to join tonight. The participants are composed of runners, triathletes, basketball players and weekend warriors who wanted more progressive results in their weight management.

Motivational coach Winwin Cabinta was  also on hand to motivate the participants.

Coach Saret’s FIT FIL movement is the only Fitness Boot camp that Guarantees 8-10lbs. weight loss. In fact during the last  FIT FIL camp, one male participant lost 30lbs and a female enlistee shed off 19lbs.
