Alay sa Kawal, formed in May 1986, is a foundatino that assists soldiers who were wounded or killed in the battlefield.

After the distribution, Binay shared a meal with soldiers in a boodle fight, a military tradition of eating side by side with bare hands from a long table where food is laid out mixed together usually served on top of banana leaves./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
