Laborer killed
A 31-YEAR-OLD construction worker was shot dead in barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City.
Police are still investigating the motive behind the shooting of Arnel Quilliao, who was shot in the back.
Police arrested Rolly Cañete, 39, after he was identified by witnesses as the one who shot Quilliao last Tuesday morning.

Cañete, a stay-in worker of a lumberyard, denied involvement in the killing.
