CITIZENS’ CALL

Young vandals lurk

/ 01:57 AM July 11, 2011

Please do something about the street children playing at the intersection of Aurora Boulevard and Araneta Avenue in Quezon City. They also vandalize the windshields of vehicles by wiping it with dirty soap water.—Dino, 39, Quezon City

Slippery Nova bridge

I hope that my concern will reach the DPWH through Metro Citizens’ Call. It’s about a slippery portion of the Nova proper bridge—a steel beam that connects the bridge lengthwise. A lot of motorcycle riders have gotten into an incident on this part of the bridge because it is slippery.—em>Joseph P. Limco, Novaliches, Quezon City

FEATURED STORIES

Residents working at Guerrero Estate have turned the corner of Naia and Irasan Streets into their parking lot. Attention, Parañaque Traffic and MMDA, please tow away the illegally parked vehicles.—T. Austria, 56, Parañaque City

No more sidewalk for kids to walk on

Calling the attention of MMDA. Please do something for the schoolchildren walking on Banlat Road. The sidewalk has almost disappeared because the fence/gate/wall of houses or buildings have encroached on it, leaving no room for the kids.—Rose Lleno, Quezon City
