With this, the DOTr noted that the Edsa busway buses will skip the southbound direction of the Kamuning Busway Station during this period. Passengers are advised to board or alight either at the Quezon Avenue or near Nepa Q-Mart stations.
The new Kamuning Footbridge will replace what was once tagged as the “Mount Kamuning” and is targeted to be completed in December this year, former Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon earlier said.

The DOTr earlier said that the total cost of the footbridge, including the Busway Station rehabilitation, is over P89.1 million, which was funded through the General Appropriations Act 2024-Edsa Busway Project.
The agency also shared that the new footbridge will be commuter-friendly, “safer,” and “wider” than the “Mount Kamuning,” which was deemed inaccessible for differently abled individuals. /mr
