Napolcom reassigns 9 execs in central office, 10 regional directors

MANILA, Philippines — The National Police Commission (Napolcom) reassigned nine executive officers in its central office and 10 regional directors.
This move was done through Special Order No. 2025-140 dated June 16.
The order will take effect on June 23, Napolcom stated on Thursday.
The officials named below were assigned the following positions in the Napolcom central office:
- Arlene L. Castro-Co – Acting Deputy Executive Director
- Benjamin D.A. Florentino – Staff Service Chief, Personnel and Administrative Service
- Mylene M. Eguilos-Caluya – Acting Staff Service Chief, Legal Affairs Service
- Aileen T. Arcin – Staff Service Chief, Financial Service (FS)
- Fatima Q. Cruz – Acting Assistant Staff Service Chief, FS
- Analiya Y. Ancajas – Acting Staff Service Chief, Planning and Research Service (PRS)
- Marigold A. Alegria-Mendoza – Acting Assistant Staff Service Chief, PRS
- Renato S. Santos – Acting Staff Service Chief, Installations and Logistics Service (ILS)
- Rey Arvin P. Serrano – Acting Assistant Staff Service Chief, ILS
Meanwhile, the following officials were assigned to be the director of their Napolcom regional offices:
- Romeo David – National Capital Region
- Evangeline R. Almirante – Central Luzon
- Julieta P. Rañeses – Calabarzon
- Leonora G. Bartolome – Mimaropa
- Maximo T. Lasaca – Central Visayas
- Pablito M. Abad Jr. – Zamboanga Peninsula
- Randy F. Babao – Northern Mindanao
- Ma. Teresa E. Tuburan-Pacudan – Davao Region
- Ramon E. Dela Cruz – Soccsksargen
- Owen G. De Luna – Negros Island Region
Furthermore, Napolcom named Mary Grace Guirhem as the new assistant regional director of the Soccsksargen office.
“This reshuffle reflects our ongoing commitment to performance-based leadership, good governance and responsive public service,” Napolcom Vice Chairperson and Executive Office Rafael Calinisan said in the statement.
“We are placing the right people in the right roles at the right time because the stakes of public trust and institutional credibility demand nothing less,” Calinisan added.

Napolcom is an attached agency of the Department of the Interior and Local Government tasked with administering and overseeing the Philippine National Police (PNP).
