MANILA, Philippines — A shortlist of candidates for Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) general manager (GM) has already been submitted to the Palace, an official disclosed on Tuesday.
This comes amid reports of MRT-3 GM Oscar Bongon being relieved from his post.
(We were told that the shortlist has already been submitted to the PMS and they are just waiting to see who might become the GM of MRT-3.)
