MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is expected in many parts of Luzon and certain areas in Visayas due to the trough of Tropical Depression Romina and the shear line, the state weather bureau said.

Pagasa warned that the area may get widespread severe flooding and landslides due to the heavy rainfall.
Meanwhile, the rest of Palawan will have heavy to intense rains ranging from 100 to 200 mm during the same forecast period.
