A credit investigator was arrested after a 19-year-old girl accused him of sexual harassment when he sent her lewd text messages and pressured her to meet with him at a hotel on Friday as a requirement for the approval of her loan.

Christopher Unlayao, 29, an employee of a motorcycle retail company and a resident of Bagong Buhay in Quezon City, ended up in the custody of members of the Manila Police District station in Juan Luna, Tondo, Manila, based on the complaint filed by Anngerone Loreto, a dancer.

PO2 Paul Narvaez said that the complaint was based on a series of text messages with sexual overtones Unlayao sent to Loreto’s cell phone.

Most of the text messages, according to Loreto, talked about the meeting at 6 p.m. Unlayao had set up with her as a requirement before the approval of her loan for the purchase of a motorcycle.
