MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 10 arrested four people during a raid in a drug den in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon over the weekend.
In a report, PDEA said their regional agents carried out an anti-drug operation in Barangay 11, Impalambong on Saturday and resulted in the capture of suspects only identified as “Josh” , 27; “Ian”, 29; “Jan”, 25; and “Kim”, 30, all residents of different barangays in Malaybalay City.
The raid also led to the confiscation of five grams of shabu valued at P34,000.
“The dismantling of this drug den highlights the relentless commitment of PDEA RO-X and its law enforcement partners in eradicating illegal drug activities in the region,” PDEA said in a statement Monday.

The raid, according to the agency, was conducted with the Malaybalay City Police Station and Philippine National Police Regional Intelligence Unit-Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Team.
PDEA said the suspects will be facing complaints for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
