MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Friday released a list of special (non-working) days for 2025 as well as three new national observances.
The following dates will be observed as special (non-working) days in various locations:
- Tanay, Rizal – November 8
- Valenzuela City – November 12
- Oriental Mindoro – November 15
- Borongan, Eastern Samar – November 15
- Palayan City, Nueva Ecija – November 22, December 5
- Itogon, Benguet – November 22
- Tublay, Benguet – November 22
- Province of Benguet – November 23
- Maragusan, Davao de Oro – November 25
- Dasmariñas, Cavite – November 26
- Sarangani – November 28
- Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte – November 28

Additionally, the following national observances are recognized annually:
- National Myopia Consciousness Week – Second week of October of every year
- Transport Cooperative Day – 19th day of October of every year
- Philippine Architecture Festival – National Architecture Month – December of every year
