MMDA lists flooded roads in Metro Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Several main thoroughfares in Metro Manila are flooded Thursday night due to rains dumped by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami), according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

The MMDA reported that the following roads were flooded as of 10:57 p.m.:

Quezon City

• Araneta Avenue-P. Florentino LTO SB: gutter high (8 inches) as of 3:33 p.m.
• Katipunan Avenue, Whiteplains: above gutter high (9 inches ) as of 7:44 p.m.
• Araneta Avenue-E.Rodriguez Intersection: gutter high (8 inches) as of 9:28 PM

Manila

• Taft Avenue corner UN Avenue, Ermita: Gutter high (8 inches) as of 2:57 p.m.
• Quirino Pedro Gil NB: Gutter high (8 inches) as of 8:06 p.m.
• España Boulevard cor Antipolo Street: knee high (24 inches) as of 9:24 p.m.
• Along Rizal Avenue, from Bulacan Street to Cavite Street: gutter high (8 inches) as of 9:53 p.m.
• RMB Maganda Street: gutter high (8 inches) as of 9:40 p.m.
• RMB Algeria Street: gutter high (8 inches) as of 9:40 p.m.
• Taft Avenue-Quirino Avenue Intersection: gutter high (8 inches) as of 9:50 p.m.

Pasay City

• NAIA Road Terminal 2 EB/WB: half knee (10 inches) as of 8:28 p.m.
