Cops nab 2 women with P190,000 worth of shabu in Rizal
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested two female drug suspects during a buy-bust operation early Thursday, Oct. 17, and seized more than P190,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) from them in Rodriguez, Rizal.
Members of the local police drug enforcement unit busted “Icab,” 28, and “Ekang,” 22, around 12:40 a.m. after they sold a pack of shabu to an undercover cop in a transaction in Barangay (village) San Jose, Rizal police reported.

The duo yielded eight plastic sachets of shabu weighing 28 grams and worth about P190,400 as per the Dangerous Drugs Board valuation.
Authorities are investigating the source of the illegal substance.
The suspects are under police custody and are facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
