Gutierrez confirmed it after a document signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin was released online revealing that his post has “expired” and is “effective immediately.”

Gutierrez also cited all the achievements the PTFoMS had so far under the Marcos administration, including solving five violent attacks against the press, and assisting in resolving incidents of threats and harassment.
