Quiboloy invoked God in abusing minors, based on testimonies – PNP
MANILA, Philippines – Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC) founder Apollo Quiboloy allegedly assured his teenage sexual abuse victims that they remained “pure” and “intact” because they had sex with “the spirit of God.”
“I don’t know how to say it here — that allegedly after Pastor Quiboloy ‘used’ the children, he would tell them that they are still pure, that their womanhood is still intact because they had sex with the spirit of God,” Philippine National Police spokesperson Col. Jean Fajardo Fajardo said, speaking partly in Filipino, in a press conference, citing the testimonies of another batch of purported victims.
Fajardo said the victims — some as young as 12 and 13 years old — were reportedly bound by a code of secrecy.
Quiboloy also allegedly warned the victims that an “angel of death” will get them if they break this vow.
“The children were afraid because they were threatened that an ‘angel of death’ will go after them of they break the code of secrecy,” Fajardo said.
