LUCENA CITY — Three motorcycle riders got injured on Monday, Sept. 2, when a truck hit their vehicle along the Maharlika Highway in Plaridel town in Quezon province.

The Quezon police reported that Joejen Villasanta, 21, was driving his motorcycle with two female back-riders when a cargo truck driven by Aljon hit them at 6:40 p.m. in a section of the wet and slippery highway in Barangay Tanauan.

The three riders were injured and taken to a hospital in neighboring Atimonan town.
