CITY OF CALAPAN — A village councilor found on Wednesday a plastic container believed to contain shabu worth about P6.8 million in Lubang, Occidental Mindoro.

The contraband was handed over to Police Staff Sergeant Julius Cesar Torres at the village hall for proper disposition and documentation.
It was then forwarded to the Regional Crime Laboratory Office at Barangay Suqui in Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro for examination. INQ
