Boy, 3, drowns in water container in Quezon

LUCENA CITY — A 3-year-old boy allegedly drowned on Wednesday in a container full of water in Tayabas City, Quezon.

The police reported that “Gabriel” was found dead by a passerby inside the water container outside the construction workers’ barracks in Barangay Ibabang Palale around 5 p.m.

According to the report, the boy was playing alone and might have fallen into the container, leading to his drowning.

The police are investigating further and will conduct an autopsy on the victim’s body to determine the cause of his death.
