MANILA, Philippines — A Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcer jumped onto the hood of a speeding vehicle allegedly involved in an accident in Taguig City.
In videos shared by netizen Bhadong Caldozo and posted on the agency’s Facebook account, the red car is seen speeding with the enforcer clinging to its hood.

A man’s voice can also be heard claiming that the car allegedly hit them.
Meanwhile, another enforcer who witnessed the situation attempted to chase the car.
The MMDA has yet to issue an official statement on the matter.
