House might suspend session so lawmakers can watch Corona testify, says Gonzales

MANILA, Philippines—Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales Jr. said that the House might suspend session on Tuesday to allow the 188 lawmakers who signed the impeachment complaint to witness in person impeached Chief Justice Renato Corona’s testimony.

Gonzales said that the House has been allocated 10 seats in the VIP Gallery and the rest of the House members would have to stay at the Padilla Hall of the Senate building.
