(We are pleased that even as the Secretary of Finance, former Congressman Ralph Recto continues to serve as the local host of our BPSF in Batangas. Our return to BPSF has been met with renewed enthusiasm, particularly from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., whose heightened interest in the service caravan has provided our organizers with additional motivation.)
