MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Dindo is now out of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The state weather service said on its Facebook page that Dindo left PAR at 9 a.m., Monday, August 19.
It also said in its 11 a.m. weather bulletin that the tropical storm is seen to move over the East China Sea and Yellow Sea towards the Korean Peninsula through the next three days.

Pagasa’s 5:00 a.m. advisory indicated that Dindo was last spotted 640 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes, packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
The tropical storm had no direct effect on the country’s weather, Pagasa noted.
