Romualdez also attributed his approval gain to the efforts of his fellow lawmakers.

“The 16-point increase in net satisfaction, now at +29, is a testament to the collective dedication of my colleagues in the bigger chamber. This progress reflects not just my leadership but the exemplary efforts of our Members in driving the legislative reforms our country urgently needs,” he added.

The survey was conducted from June 23 to July 1, 2024 with 1,500 respondents 18 years old and above.

The House Speaker’s net satisfaction rating was the highest in Visayas while he likewise gained in Mindanao, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Metro Manila in comparison to the March 2024 rating.

“The improvement across various demographics and regions, particularly in Mindanao and among our 35-44-year-old constituents, underscores that our initiatives are resonating with the Filipino people,” he said.

Romualdez said that he will continue to work on legislation and policies that will drive economic growth, social justice, and national development.
