The Department of Health (DOH) on Friday released the list of medicines that are on "price freeze” due to the state of calamity declaration in some localities in Luzon.

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) on Friday released the list of medicines that are on “price freeze” due to the state of calamity declaration in some localities in Luzon.

Metro Manila, Batangas, Cainta in Rizal, Cavite, Oriental Mindoro, Bataan, and Bulacan are currently under a state of calamity because of the onslaught of Typhoon Carina (international name: Gaemi) and the southwest monsoon, or “habagat.”
