P3.4 million worth shabu seized from a Chinese in Angeles City
ANGELES CITY — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and local police arrested a 24-year-old Chinese who allegedly yielded some P3,400,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Cuayan village here before dawn on Sunday, July 21.
In a statement sent to the media, the PDEA Central Luzon identified the suspect as Ling Chen, a resident of Savannah Green Plains in Cuayan village.
At around 3 a.m., joint operatives from PDEA Pampanga and the local police conducted the sting operation against the suspect.
He was arrested while on board a BMW car after he sold shabu to an undercover agent.
Allegedly confiscated from him were a brown paper bag containing a resealable plastic bag filled with suspected shabu.

Charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect.
