LEGAZPI CITY — Twelve thousand policemen will ensure the security of Bicol students as classes resume on July 29.

Brigadier General Andre Dizon, Bicol police chief, told reporters on Wednesday, July 17, that their personnel would be deployed strategically, particularly in schools, on the first day of the school year 2024-2025.

“Aside from mobile patrol teams, two policemen will be assigned to each school to maintain peace and order, and ensure the safety of every student,” Dizon said.
