Team Rama crushes I–Cash in PPBC tilt
TEAM Rama posted its 4th win in seven games (4-3) after whacking I-Cash Express, 129-102, last Sunday in the ongoing elimination round of the Punta Princesa Basketball Cup (PPBC)-2012 2nd Conference basketball tournament at the Vicente Sotto Memorial gym in barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City.
Team Rama jumped to a, 36-27 lead in the opening period and posted its biggest advantage at the end of the third period with a commanding 28-point advantage, 99-71, entering the final quarter.
I-Cash Express outscored Team Rama, 31-30 in the fourth but failed to even make the final tally any closer.
Randy Cabañero and Jingjing Rama had 30 and 22 points, respectively for Team Rama while Ciobern Mante and Michael Ramos paced I-Cash Express with 22 points apiece.
