Cuello predicts fight won’t last 7 rounds

/ 06:30 AM May 19, 2012

DENVER “The Excitement” Cuello of the Philippines and Ganigan Lopez of Mexico had a face to face encounter yesterday during the pre-fight press conference held at the Celaya Casino. Promoter Aljoe Jaro informed philboxing that the gathering was attended by 600 to 700 spectators.

Cuello, who also fights under the name Cuello Singwangcha, was immediately recognized by the Mexican fight fans due to his twin knockout victories in their country last year. Jaro also informed that Lopez said that Denver will go through a difficult fight to get the mandatory challenger status.

Cuello on the other hand, predicted that the fight will not last six or seven rounds. Cuello then laughed and did not say who will fall after seven rounds.
