LUCENA CITY — Three drug pushers were arrested early Wednesday, July 3, in a buy-bust operation in Cabuyao City in Laguna province.
Anti-narcotics operatives arrested “Mark,” “Rosa,” and “Fred” at 2:32 a.m. after they sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Banlic, the Region 4A police said in a report.
Seized from the suspects were six plastic sachets containing meth weighing 17 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P115,600.

The operatives also seized a mobile phone from the suspects to be subjected to for records of drug transactions.
The arrested suspects were on the police drug watch list as street-level pushers in the locality.
The suspects are under police custody and will face charges of violating the country’s anti-drugs law.
