Palace defends Zalamea appointment as China special envoy

MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang has defended President Benigno Aquino III’s appointment of former Development Bank of the Philippines chairman Cesar Zalamea as special envoy to China on investments, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported Friday morning.
