MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) on Thursday issued two Notices to Airmen (NOTAM).
The notices were prompted by the “special operations” involving the “aerospace flight activities conducted by China.”
Caap did not give any details.
A NOTAM provides information about changes or hazards like unburned debris that can affect flight operations.
