LUCENA CITY — Police anti-narcotics operatives in Rizal province on Monday, June 24, arrested three alleged drug traffickers and seized shabu (crystal meth) worth more than P239,000.

Local drug enforcers in Cainta town collared “Kambal” at 8 p.m. after he sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover cop in Barangay San Juan, the Region 4A police reported on Tuesday.

The police seized from the suspect five plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 20 grams worth P136,000.

In Binangonan town, local anti-narcotic agents nabbed “Emards” and “Nato” in Barangay Pantok at 10:35 p.m. The suspects yielded P103,360 worth of shabu and a weighing scale.

The police also seized a mobile phone from the suspects.

The Rizal police are determining the source of the illegal drugs.

All suspects are under police custody and facing complaints for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
