03:01 PM May 17, 2012

A RANKING Cebu police official clarified that they have not implicated a particular fraternity in the killing of a mayor’s son.

Senior Supt. Patrocinio Comendador Jr., chief of the Cebu provincial police, made the clarification after the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity issued statements to the media that the group had nothing to do with the murder of Carl Vinson, son of Carcar City Mayor Nicepuro Apura.

Comendador said although they believed that the killing could be fraternity related, the Tau Gamma was not mentioned in the investigation.
