A pair of A’TIN, the official fandom name of SB19, drew attention and good vibes as they wore a glow-in-the-dark stick figure costume during the P-pop boy group’s “PAGTATAG! Finale” concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City recently.
On TikTok, Julienne Denise Villarosa posted a video compilation of the group members’ amusing reactions upon seeing her and her younger sister, Julienne Bernice, wearing the costume among the concert crowd last May 19.
@_juliennedenise ⚠️⚠️ Core memory unlocked 😭 we just literally enjoyed D2 of PAGTATAG FINALE 🔥 the best talaga kayong lima !! Super worth it lahat ng sakit ng katawan, makita lang namin kayong masaya 🫶🏻 Also, thank you sa mga A’tin na naappreciate at hinanap talaga kami at sa pag share ng clips to samin. In an interview with INQUIRER.net, Villarosa shared that they wore the costume to attract the group’s attention and express boundless support for them even though they were far from the concert stage.
Villarosa added that they were delighted and thankful that their gimmick amused “Mahalima” (SB19) and their fellow A’TIN. She also wishes to see the group up close someday and affirms she will make it happen for them.
“For us, SB19 is an inspiration. Their music touched so many hearts and saved us, especially during [the] pandemic. For us, they are a good influence on people who also aspire to [be in] the music industry, especially P-POP!” Villarosa said.
Villarosa has been an avid fan of SB19 since late 2019. She noted that the band’s dedication, determination, and passion for music struck them the most to love and support them in their journey to success.
“We don’t need to go abroad because we have our own that really showcases pure talent. […] What they have gone through wasn’t easy, but we are very proud to have witnessed how far Mahalima has reached and proud to say that we were part of that journey,” Villarosa said.
