LUCENA CITY — Police arrested four alleged drug pushers early Sunday, May 19, and seized more than P667,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Tiaong town in Quezon province.

Colonel Ledon Monte, Quezon police chief, reported that anti-illegal drug operatives nabbed at 2:20 a.m. “Aldrin”, 37; “Jizelle”, 35; “Dennis”, 39; and “Christian”, 42, after they sold shabu worth P1,000 to a poseur buyer in Barangay (village) Poblacion 3.

The police found the suspects, all identified street pushers on the drug watch list, in alleged possession of six plastic sachets of meth weighing 32.70 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P222,360.
