MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in the Central Luzon may experience rains, the state weather bureau said on Saturday.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the provinces of Tarlac, Pampanga, and Nueva Ecija may have moderate to heavy rainshowers in the next two hours.

“Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Tarlac, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija within the next 2 hours,” Pagasa said in its thunderstorm advisory issued on 12:15 pm.
The agency added that the areas of Sta. Cruz and Candelaria in Zambales were already experiencing rains, which may persist up to two hours.
Pagasa likewise advised the people in the areas above to take safety precautions against floods and landslides.

Earlier, it added that rains may occur in Isabela and Aurora due to a shear line.
