Marcos turns over P80.9 M to Wesmincom hospital
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday turned over P80.9 million to the Armed Forces of the Philippines – Western Mindanao Command’s (Wesmincom) Camp Navarro General Hospital (CNGH).
“Lalo pang pinaganda at pinalapit ang mga serbisyong medikal para sa ating mga sundalo at kababayan sa Western Mindanao,” said the President in a Facebook post.
(This will further improve medical services for soldiers and the people in Western Mindanao.)
According to the Palace, Marcos inspected the new hospital building.
It serves to soldiers, dependents, and authorized civilians who need medical, surgical, and pediatric services.
Article continues after this advertisement“The P80.9 million donation by the President will be used for the procurement of equipment for the hospital’s operating room, diagnostics, ward, physical therapy, and other equipment,” said the Presidential Communications Office in a statement.

CNGH chief Lt. Col. Giovanni R. Falcatan received the cheque from the President.
